Use the new state-of-the-art Fitness Centerl. Equipment includes bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines along with selectorized weight machines, free weights, and kettle bells.  Work out on your own or participate in a high-intensity Boot Camp-type workout that combines cardio, strength and core all in one.  Explore how combining all these elements in only 20-30 minutes can have multiple benefits.
