A dynamic core workout incorporating yoga, calisthenics and toning.
The Pilates Method is a mind/body exercise technique designed to improve muscle tone and balance while maximizing strength and flexibility. This mat class focuses on the deep abdominal muscles using muscular opposition and gravity to create resistance. With an emphasis on form and control, results will be longer and leaner musculature, better posture, increased strength and flexibility, a flatter stomach and increased energy. All fitness levels are welcome.

- Please bring 1 - 3 lb weights you can find at sporting good stores, TJ Maxx or Job Lot.
- Also bring a yoga or pilates mat.
- Thera-bands will be supplied for $5.
