Suzanne Healy, a certified Integrative Health Coach will conduct these informative workshops.

This class will focus on eating healthy, nutritious foods that will allow you to feel great and lose weight. We will NOT be counting calories. We will start off with a simple 5-day food-based detox/cleanse to jump-start your weight loss. Over the 8 weeks, you will learn about which foods give you energy and stabilize your blood sugar to improve your health and allow you to lose weight. We will discuss the importance of getting enough fiber in your diet to satisfy your hunger and help you lose weight and keep it off. You will also experience more energy and clearer thinking to power through your day, along with handouts to take home and recipes to try.
