EATING FOR ENERGY
What would your life be like with an abundance of energy and vitality? Do you have difficulty waking up and/or suffer from low energy mid-day? In this workshop, we will discuss both foods that increase energy as well as those that can zap it. You will also learn lifestyle tips and strategies that can dramatically improve your energy level.
Lose Weight & Feel Great
Are you eating enough to lose weight? This 8 week class will focus on eating healthy, nutritious foods that will allow you to feel great and lose weight. We will NOT be counting calories. You will learn about which foods give you energy and stabilize your blood sugar to improve your health and allow you to lose weight. We will discuss the importance of getting enough fiber in your diet to satisfy your hunger and help you lose weight and keep it off.
SPRING DETOX & CLEANSE
Cleanses can be a really great tool to fine-tune your eating habits and help you upgrade your health, when done the right way. This detox will be for 5 days, beginning on a Monday and ending on Friday. It is whole foods based, meaning you’ll be eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean proteins, without starving yourself. A meal plan, recipes and shopping list will be provided. We will meet three times as follows: a week before the cleanse to prepare, mid-week during the cleanse to check your progress, and the week after to discuss your results, etc. Benefits of detoxing include losing weight, sleeping better, clearer thinking and increasing energy!
OUR AMAZING DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
Digestion and absorption are at the root of good health. Unfortunately, many people suffer from chronic digestive symptoms. In this class, you will learn about digestion and absorption, your immune system and the microbiome, fermented foods and probiotics, and will leave with some tips for improving your digestion.
