Beach-Ready Summer Detox
Get ready for summer and beach season with a Detox! Lose pounds and inches and increase your energy with a quick 5-day whole foods based detox. You’ll be eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean proteins, without starving yourself. A customizable meal plan and recipes will be provided. We will meet the week before the detox to prepare, mid-week during the detox to check your progress, and the week after to discuss your results. Benefits of detoxing include losing weight, sleeping better, clearer thinking and increased energy!
 
Energize Your Life
Do you have a hard time getting out of bed? Do you rely on caffeine to make it through the day? Does your energy crash mid-afternoon? Do you crave sugar or salt? If so, this class is for you.  You will learn what is causing your energy to fluctuate and how to increase your energy once and for all. We will cover which foods to eat and which ones to avoid, and how to stabilize your energy throughout the day. You will also learn strategies to overcome cravings. As a bonus, we will discuss superfoods and how to implement them into your diet.  You will experience more energy and clearer thinking to power through your day, along with handouts to take home and recipes to try.
