2:10 -Express Class - Cut to the chase with a 30 minute blast of dance-based cardio plus strength training.
2:50 -Interval Circuit Workout- Interval Fusion takes High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) to the max for a sustained calorie burn. Melt fat faster by alternating intense cardio blasts with muscle chiseling strength work.
4:00 -Strength 45 - Sculpt lean muscle through weight and resistance training for a tight, toned physique in 45-minutes. This class will transform your body.
4:55 -Dance Mixx - Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance- based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy.
