Jazzercise ½ Day Marathon Workout
Join us for a challenging 4 hours of back to back aerobic and strength training classes. Burn some calories while you have a great time!
Cut to the chase with a 30 minute blast of dance-based cardio plus strength training.
Interval Circuit Workout
Interval Fusion takes High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) to the max for a sustained calorie burn. Melt fat faster by alternating intense cardio blasts with muscle chiseling strength work.
